general for the state of washington which vowed to overturn the travel ban. ferguson called the order confusing. he compared the way it was implemented to the keystone cop. protesters will celebrate the ruling but it may not have any immediate effect on immigrants. he has the challenge from the white house and pete williams has been speaking with his sources at homeland security. they tell us the executive order canceled all previously issued visas. so anyone from one of the seventh countries affected would have to reapply. as of tonight, that ban has been lifted. >> not everybody liked this decision. i'm certain the president will not like this decision but it is his job, his responsibility, it is his obligation as our froze honor it and i'll make sure he does. >> now, a u.s. district court will have to consider the lawsuit and if ferguson prevails there, the executive order would be permanently
