this a homicide. they say 17-year-old derron stover was killed. it is not clear what led to the shooting. it happened at 9:30 last night and there is a $25,000 reward for information in this case. friends and family are mourning the loss of a college student from rockville after a fight with his fraternity brother turned deadly. students at indiana university of pennsylvania, police say c l caleb died after allegedly being choked by his frat brother stephano. the school says their community is decembvastated.

when this little hip pot mus took her first wobbly steps. so cute. is it fiona? it doesn't matter. she was born prematurely at the cincinnati zoo and has struggled to stand and eat until now. this is really a milestone for her. the zoo says this is encouraging news because she will still -- they're going to watch how she does and progresses. you don't see that every day. you see tiger cubs -- >> i want to hug her, so cute. look pretty solid. >> doing just fine. >> she probably weighs 250 pounds, i don't know. >> a large child. >> that's it for "news 4 midday." we're back on air this afternoon. >> momma
