constitution. the judge sided with two young men from yemen who have u.s. green cards. the brothers have been traveling abroad when president trump's travel ban went into effect. when they arrived at dulles airport, the officials wouldn't let them enter the u.s. and sent them back to ethiopia. in tonight's ruling the judge sharply rebuked the president saying there's to evidence anyone thought this order through. within the last hour, virginia's attorney general gave his thoughts on what the white house may do next. >> i think we've seen from the last few weeks, it is really do it predict what the president might do. what i have in front of me as attorney general is an executive order that was unlawful, unconstitutional and unmerited. >> reporter: the ruling also noted the commonwealth would continue to lose students and medical residents if this travel ban were not led

national security adviser, michael flynn, resigned just about 15 minutes ago. tendered his resignation to president trump. he has been the center of controversy. we also confirmed that the, that he, the acting attorney general informed white house late last month that she believed michael flynn was subject to blackmail because he had misled vice president mike pence and other senior officials about the nature of the communication that we had russian officials back in december. this was before the inauguration. he was not supposed to be having official calls or talking about sanctions while there was already someone in that office. apparently michael flynn had led administration officials to believe that he never brought up the sanctions. that came into question.

you've flown in or out of dulles international airport, you've likely seen or ridden on them. those mobile lounge schultz deployed more than 50 years ago when the airport first opened to get passengers to their planes. >> but the number of recent mishaps. some are questioning whether they need to be safer. >> reporter: as you hustle for

your will plane workers like jarod rush your bags there. >> i think about him every minute of every day. >> reporter: he was a baggage handler at dulles international for southwest. >> his mother loved his job. >> reporter: she had one complaint. >> it was told to me by a colleague that jarod told her he was afraid of the mobile loungers. >> reporter: in january 2012 he was pulling his luggage car just north of the b concourse. >> i think it is fair to say he never knew what hit him. >> reporter: according to the video, a mobile lounge shuttle struck. it pushed the car more than 100 feet and he was not wearing a restraint belt. he was ejected. he was rushed to the hospital where he later died. >> how could this happen? how could someone not see that? >> reporter: they found it was not his fault. two days after the accident police questioned the driver hoomd, sometimes the
