we are familiar with massive traffic jams here. this one takes the cake. check it out. this is the morning rush hour in northern california. traffic on the busy freeway. came to a stand still. because of two, runaway horses. the horses were galloping against the oncoming traffic. the california highway patrol shut down traffic for about 15 minutes. as a precaution. it took them a few minutes to round up the horses.
