i'm yasmin vossoughian. the fbi and police are scrambling to find a man who shot someone point-blank while streaming live on facebook. police say steve stephens is armed and dangerous. are asking residents of pennsylvania, new york and michigan to be on high alert. nbc's steve patterson has more on this. >> reporter: terror in the streets of cleveland, a city wide murder manhunt. >> find somebody i'm about to kill. i'm about to kill this guy right here. >> reporter: police scouring the street, searching for a man live streaming and execution in broad daylight and telling viewers he's responsible for several more deaths. graphic video streamed live appears to show the suspect getting out of his car, telling the man he is about to dry. >> she's the reason this is about to happen to you. >> reporter: the shot rings out

janice, what is the latest you are hearing? janis mackey frayer. >> reporter: the demilitarized zone dividing the two koreas. could you look into north korea and north korean soldiers were looking back. the visit had had personal meeting to mr. pence. his father a bronze star medal winner for service during the korean war. he says he keeps that medal close to him in his west wing office. but also his entire south korea trip took on new strategic significance over the week end with another missile test by north korea. a medium range missiled from east coast, it faltd. u.s. officials confirming it blew up less than five seconds after the launch. it came hours after a massive military parade went through the streets of pyongyang, kim jong-un presiding over it. missiles, mobile launchers and what experts believe is new weaponry.

conservative neil gorsuch joining colleague, just seven days since he took the oath of office at the white house. we are join by nbc's tracey post. how will the judge impact these upcoming cases? >> reporter: he tips the balance back to a 5-4 conservative majority and first test could come this week as he begins to hear cases on the u.s. supreme court. on wednesday a case out of missouri with a church-affiliated preschool sued because they were denied state funds to upgrade their playground and make it safe. these were funds set aside for that purpose but this school was denied because it is affiliated with the church. the state argued taxpayer dollars cannot go to religious organizations. the school argued they were being discriminated against solely because of their religion. now, judge gorsuch weighing in here could side with the school because as an appeals court judge he was a friend of religious freedom. it will be interesting to see
