in 2002 with the deadly sniper attacks. malveaux's attorneys will say his six life sentences are unconstitutional. a mandatory life sentence for juveniles is unconstitutional. malveaux was 17 when he was arrested. the hearing is set for june 15th. we're learning more details this morning about another man who went on a shooting rampage last year. eulalio toroil went on a shooting spree before he went on to kill two others at a mall and a grocery store. washington post reports that on tuesday toroil is expected to plead guilty to two counts of first degree murder. he faces the same charges in prince george's county. police are looking for the same man in two sexual assault cases. the first

kenilworth avenue. a man groaned her, rped her and and did it again. the same happened to a different woman who says the man had a knife. the description of the suspect was similar in both cases. down to a black jacket with green coloring on the sleeves that the man was wearing. it is 4:32 now. memorial service is planned for term at the fort bellemore army base to remember specialist jeremy tomlin. the 22-year-old died in a military helicopter crash in prince charles county. his mother said nothing could stop him, not even his fear of heights. new security if you plan to visit the white house. erika gonzalez has that. >> changes

for the future of the deal coming up. former president george h.w. bush could be headed home any day now. he remains in a houston hospital this morning recovering from a mild case of pneumonia. mr. bush is regaining strength and is in high spirits. you might remember that bush spend 16 days in the hospital for pneumonia back in january. it's april 20th. can you believe that already? 4:20. this year marijuana supporters are taking their call for legalization directly to capitol hill. marijuana advocates are holding what they call a joint session near the capitol building from noon until 4:20. they'll be offering pot to members of congress and hill employees who are 21 or older with a valid congressional i. dmp. while it's free for them to give away the weed, it's against d.c. law to smoke marijuana in public. the joint give away will take place on federal grounds at 1st street and constitution avenue northeast. do you remember the powerful storm that moved through o

aaron. it's not clear them' y'll be ab to. the u.s. does not like a few things they're doing. the secretary of state laying it out, laying out his case at the state department saying that iran is sponsoring terrorism in at least five countries, testing and developing missiles, arresting u.s. citizens and accusing them of human rights violations. so while they may be complying with the deal, the u.s. is trying to figure out if they can get out of it, there are a number of other things that iran is doing that the u.s. thinks is destabilizing the whole region. >> why is secretary tillerson making these claims about iran now? >> reporter: again, they want to put iran on notice the second time during this administration's short tenure. also, they had to certify to congress as part of that deal that iran was complying. they had to do that every 90 days. this was the first time that the trump administration did so. so while they sent the message to congress that, yes, iran is sticking to the deal, they also wanted to send a message that

two chances for rain coming our way today. 58 now with a southwest wind. those southwesterly breezes are going to bring temperatures from the mid to upper 50s now into the upper 70s and low 80s today. chance for some showers especially in the d.c. metro area here between about 7:00 and 9:00 in the morning. then dry through lunch hours. that's when temperatures will jump up into the low 80s. another chance of a thunderstorm or two later on in the afternoon. the rain chances with embedded thunderstorms near morgantown, west virginia, and far western virginia. that will be coming in towards hagerstown or fredericksburg. don't stray too far from that umbrella. no rain, too close to the capital beltway just yet. future weather brings the opportunity for showers to leesburg and frederick. rain chances coming into d.c. as we get into the middle and second part of the morning commute. just realize that you'll probably need the wipers between about 7:00 a
