beginninew information on t passenger dragging. we have audio report recordings and the t statements from the officers involved. >> a reminder that these security officers were not police officers. they were wearing jackets that said police. one incident report we obtained threw a freedom of information act says dr. dao struck his face on an armrest. another said dao had become violent. this morning we obtained surveillance video from the united airlines gate in chicago that appears to show dr. david dao boarding his flight to louisville. and the radio call sending security officers to dr. dao's plane when he refused to give up his seat. >> were they drinking? >> no. it's something with this a volunteer or something like that. >> this is a departing flight? >> yeah. >> reporter: minutes later the

camera appears to show dr. dao's running back on. soon after an ambulance arrives. passengers get off. then back on. on board dao's attorney saying he suffered a concussion, broken nose, two broken teeth and sinus injuries when security officers pulled him from his seat. >> oh, my god. >> reporter: three officers involved filed incident reports with the chicago department of aviation involuntarily writing they were, quote, under dresz because they feared losing their jobs if they didn't. they were later put on leave. the security officer who grabbed the man reported that dr. dao refused to leave and folded his arms tightly. dr. dao's turn culls it nonsense. >> in any way was dr. dao a threat? >> no. he's a pushy kid.

and there's video shng there was nothing he did that caused -- that should have caused united airlines to bring in the storm troopers that came in. >> i am not going. >> reporter: in fact, video reviewed shows dr. dao adamant that he would not give up his seat because he had patients to see the next morning but he was not violent. >> reporter: also we learned of a fourth security officer who responded, a sergeant. he was put on administrative leave ten days after the incident. the new documents reveal that officer long was suspended weeks earlier for a separate incidence of inentoorduation. united airlines apologized. this morning saying our focus is reviewing our policies and making this right for our customers so something like this doesn't happen again. >> what's appropriate compensation for dr. dao? >> i don't know. it's too early to tell. >> are we talking tens of millions of dollars?

all right. it's day two of drop ten today. we help you get healthy and energized for the first day of summer. dr. oz and joy are back. guys, good morning. before we get to lunch, we had breakfast yesterday. i didn't get to ask you this yesterday. i wanted to ask about expectations. if people follow your routine and program, what's their expectations in terms of when they'll start to see the weight come off? >> you'll start to see results almost immediately, but the amount of weight will vary from person to person. you can lose four or five pounds the first week. that's some water weight. after that it's going to level off one to two pounds per week. >> doctor, i went out of my way to say routine. you think that's a keyword for people trying to follow this? >> it's essential. otherwise your mind will go to dark places for food. you want to automate.

you don't have to make decisions anyway. why reinvent breakfast. eat the same one every day. automate lunch. you can make decisions later. the reason people fall prey is witching hour, they reason out of energy to make decisions. >> you have to get your mind ready to get healthy. >> that starts with things like smaller plates and sitting down at a table in front of us to eat with your friends. also it gives you body a chance to tell yourself when you're hungry. most people eat when they're in b withdrawal. people who live a long time are generally thin, and they always finish their meal before they're full. the last point of making sure you'll able to be accountable. tell a friend you're involved and make sure you power down before meals. >> yesterday we covered

breakfast. today we're covering include the three ps. first, protein. you want to have ample protein at your meals. that studies your blood sugar and it gives you staying power. the second p is produce. i'm telling people to include at least two cups of vegetables with every lunch option. and the third like dr. oz said, power down. shut off the computer, the tv, and be present during lunch. sit down, slow down. it's good for digestion and mindfulness. >> there's a lot of options. more online. yesterday i was craving the banana sushi rolls all day. >> before lunch, have 16 ounces of water. i'm calling this a drop ten salads. loads of vegetables, half a cup of beans and limited or vinegar. this is a great option. this is a sandwich. everybody loves sandwiches. i wanted to include it. >> where's the top?

>> here's the swap you can i'm putting a slice of cheese on top. this is turkey and cheese. if you want the second half of the bread, the top of the sandwich, lose the cheese and put the second half of the bread on top. notice, two cups of vegetables with it. this is my version of chicken salad. it's a curried chicken salad with green peas. light mayo. this is your default at a restaurant. five ounces of any protein and look at that, half the plate lots of vegetables. >> and the good news is you can snack on this routine. >> one to two snacks every day. >> you never want to be hungry. the idea, you lose the ten pounds, for the first eight weeks and for the rest of your life, as much as you want.
