>> the fbi is also investigating this incident and we want you to take another look at the person police believe is responsible for monday's hate crime. this was in the nbc washington app. the suspect wearing all black covered his or her face as well so they have not been able to identify this person. there is a $1,000 reward. we're getting new reaction from the university of maof mar. a noose was found inside a frat house. university police are investigating the incident. it is official. people who live in alexandria will have to pay more in taxes. it raises a local property tax 5.7 cents and increased water and sewer fees. that will mean $700 more a year for the average home member.

accused of touching women inappropriately. he's described as having a goatee with gray hair and wears glasses. police need anyone who may have fallen victim to contact them. 47-year-old miguel flores is accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl in 2015. he was a youth soccer coach. he says flores would touch her under her shirt and keep it secret. anyone with more information is urged to call police. ten minutes before the top of the hour. this morning we're looking at a new study that suggests racial bias could play a role in who gets hired to teach at fairfax county schools. they found out white teachers were 70% of applicants but received 77% of the job

you're watching "news 4 today." if you've ever spent time looking for parking, you probably will never say there's too much parking in our area. an alexandria area developer disagrees. he asked that ten off site spaces be eliminated. the city council agreed and took away the spaces. they're not discouraging driving but stress there are other means of transportation to cut down on traffic. drivers say the city has to strike a balance. they're calling it bad customer service. >> another confrontation is making the rounds this morning. >> what are we supposed to do? i have two infants. we have nowhere to stay, no more flights? where are we supposed to sleep, the airport? >> the sheer family was kicked off of
