it will pass north to us and be gone over the next hour or two. today, as we get up to around 60 degrees, a few passing light rain showers are possible, otherwise clouds coming through with a blustery wind. clear, getting chilly tonight. gold saturday tomorrow morning.. we'll look at that in just a few minutes. the courtyard right outside the louvre museum in paris. it's reopen after an evacuation. this is where presidential candidate emmanuel macron is claim to go celebrate tonight's election. he is seen as the favorite in the runoff against marine le peb. all kinds of officials are investigating a hack targeting campaign. still not immediately clear who is behind it. but last month's group linked to russia were accused of targeting the campaign. meanwhile, back here at home, house republicans are dealing with the aftermath of their vote to replace the affordable care act. democrats see it as abdomen issue that they hope will help them win back the house. now voters are weighing in.

but imagine the march. they're doing it for a cause. brandon powell, one of the people involved in this lost a brother to ptsd.. he committed suicide after returning from iraq. and this is the great awareness to that cause and to hopefully find a solution to treat soldiers with this disease, with this condition that so many of them come back with and that so many of them don't have treatment for. now, we talked to them a little bit about why he's doing this and this is a big effort. but what's important, as well, is what comes afterwards. take a listen. >> we're looking to put in a retreat somewhere that we can make mandatory that veterans coming out of the service come to our retreat and decompress. and we're going to do a job placement agency, as well, with that and we're going to try to raise as much awareness as we can to this epidemic that's going on. >> and y

>> well, health and human services secretary tommy price there talking about the health republican health care bill that passed next week. now the bill heads to the senate. >> joining us now, nbc's andrea mitchell in for chuck todd this week. obviously, you are talking to the health and human services secretary. is there an idea that there's confusion with these bills? because you have competing interests now, right? >> you've got a lot of competing interests going to the senate the they're going to change it. first of all, they're going to read it. i had dianne feinstein on the show and she brought with her the bill which no republican could find on the house side actually read. they rushed it through. and that really matters. you have to know who is it helping, who is it not helping? tom price insisting that despite the $80 billion in cuts in medicaid, that it is going to be better for people and that the

better services. yet with 22 major health care organizations, including the ama, the hospitals, the nurses, the physicians, all say they are against it. so the senate is going to make a lot of changes. >> we talk about deciding health care, but the whole issue of the affordable care act and the democrats want to use it for fuel for 2018. do you think that they have a solid issue here? >> they think they do. they're already putting out ads. we showed some of the ads they were releasing this morning. but they should not count their districts because there are problems with obamacare. right here in virginia we're seeing insurance problems. iowa has had problems. and rather than fixing it, which would have done in prime time, take obamacare, fix those business problems with access. they aren't changing it so radically that the republicans will have to defend this. but i think it'

predict what's going to happen in the midterm. there obviously are some problems for the republicans who are in districts that hillary clinton either won or came close to winning and those are the areas where republican incumbents who voted for the bill may have a problem.. >> we focus so much on foreign affairs and we have french elections going on and now another claim of russian influence in this election. this is all kind of closely mirroring what we're going to hear. what's the bigger significance of all this? >> i think it's terribly important. jim comey, the fbi director last week said russia is the biggest threat to the u.s. bar none. and the senate intelligence committee having hearings, house intelligence committees having open hearings. the prior acting attorney general inspired over the issue of mike flynn and his conversations with the russian ambassador, w
