placing paige's body into the storage bin and disposing of the body at a dumpster in camp springs, maryland, about six miles away. moments ago, we talked to the building manager and he says the family came to him distraught while she was missing. >> they was really upset, because they was saying the last time that anybody talked to her was her grandmother and that she said that she was leaving the apartment and coming to them. >> reporter: turkessa paige's body has not been found. as for the suspect, procter, he's charged with murder and assault. live here in oxon hill, shomari stone, news4. thank you. developing now in montgomery county, a school security guard is accused of having sex with a student. the guard worked at the brooke lee middle school in silver spring. and tonight there are concerns that he may have had inappropriate relationships with other students. darcy spencer has the latest on this investigation.

>> reporter: well, doreen, there is a lot of concern, because this security guard was also a guard at rockville high school for a period of time. so they're checking to see if there could be other victims. and we were also asking school officials a question that many parents want to know. and they want to know, again, did this ever happen before? and did they do a good background check? >> he's a security check at brooke lee middle school in silver spring, but 21-year-old mike lievano wasn't at school today. he's in jail. accused of having sex with a 14-year-old student, an eighth grader. he was also a guard at rockville high school from september 2015 to february 2016. police want to know if this happened before. >> please come forward to the police department so we can investigate. >> reporter: several students told news4 they noticed that the 14-year-old and lievano seemed close. >> if students see something that's inappropriate in their schools, they need to report it

documents, lievano has been a guard in silver spring since february. the victim told police she had sex at his place and hers. that she would sneak him into her apartment at night. >> i was completely surprised. junior high school, 14-year-old girl, you say? that's terrible. >> reporter: court documents say the eighth grader say she gave lievano her number and they changed text messages. police say he confessed to having sex with the girl but stopped after the mom caught him in her bedroom. he's charged with sex abuse of a minor and third and fourth degree offense. >> it's disgusting. we don't need these predators out here. i'm just upset. >> reporter: this is the second montgomery county school guard to be charged with having sexual contact with a student in recent weeks. >> did they do their background check? are they doing thorough background checks? >> reporter: we asked if he raised

>> there's no criminal record and he passed our background check. >> reporter: the suspect is being held on a $10,000 bond. he's expected to be back in court tomorrow for a bond review hearing. letters are going home to parents tonight, making sure that they know about this incident. we'll send it back to you. two volunteer firefighters from prince george's county have been acquitted of assault charges. christopher kelly and jeffrey miller were accused of attacking two colleagues at the scene of a house fire in hyattsville in december of 2015. prosecutors said the two men attacked two female career firefighters in what the chief later described as a turf battle. defense lawyers say this cell phone video tells a different story. shows the women trying to push past the men. a jury acquitted the volunteer firefighters after a four-day trial. there are new details about a serious bus crash in maryland. 26 children and f

rushed to the hospital. this happened this morning on i-95. the middle school students were headed from philadelphia to the district for a field trip. police say the driver of a car lost control, hit the bus, causing it to drive up an embankment and flip. a group of philadelphia police recruits who were on a commercial bus witnessed this accident and then stopped to help. >> i'm very glad they were there because they were very helpful. they seemed to want to be helpful and once we got there, they took their cues of what we needed them to do to help out with that. >> reporter: one child and one adult were flown to the hospital. the others were taken by ambulance as the driver of the car that hit the bus was not hurt, and the state's attorney's office will determine whether charges will be filed once the investigation is over. grief has turned to anger in a high profile court case. families are demanding answers after a maryland man skipped sentencing for a

the cooling system for the stations has been broken for years. specifically the huge pipes that carry water to chill the stations are in shambles. to get to those pipes in the cooling system, you gotta come down here, about 30 feet down, underneath connecticut avenue, that's where the pipes are and the cooling system. it's such an issue that metro has simply turned off the cooling system. >> ever since then, it went down, we couldn't cool the station. so unless we replace all of the pipes. so that's what we're up against now. >> reporter: metro's general manager paul wiedefeld taking us on a tour of the issue as summer is fast approaching. >> these riders have been diali dealing with it for years. can you promise them it's going to get better this summer? >> i can -- we'll get a temporary solution in here. but we have to go through permitting. >> you don't know what time? >> we're
