it is called onward together, an adaptation of her campaign theme, stronger together. she hopes people will get involved, organize, and even run for office. a man from rockville pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment charges. he was behind the wheels two years ago when he dragged a police officer more than 100 feet with his car. that is according to the dispatch in pennsylvania. he could be sentenced to under two years in prison. two others were also charged in this incident. their trial starts next week. well, he admitted to slamming into another car while driving drunk, killing three women and two children. then he never showed up for his sentencing. this morning we are expecting to find out how police tracked down kenneth kelly and

wearing a gps monitor. molette green is in oxen hill. >> reporter: we're just learning this morning an anonymous tip is what led to kelly's capture at the motel along allentown road in suitland. there was never an order for a gps tracker on kelly in this case. he did have one in a previous case. this morning we have fresh reaction from a man whose children lost their mother. >> kenneth kelly is back behind bars, bond revoked and no chance of getting out. captured from prince george's county sheriff when deputies made the arrest late last night. lloyd is filled with emotion. >> i'm definitely relieved. i'm 100% relieved.

dumpster. supposed to be keeping the school safe and he is now accused of having a sexual relationship with a student at the school. police believe there could be more victims. mike lievano worked at colonel e. brooke lee middle school in camp mills. he is charged with sex offenses and sexual abuse of a minor. court documents show he worked part-time at rockville high school between september 2015 and february 2016. officers say if you are a concerned parent, contact police. if you live in montgomery county, watch out for signs of whooping cough in your children. walt whitman high sent home a letter to parents warning families. it is highly contagious. some of the symptoms are low-grade fever, runny nose, and deep, rapid high-pitched

the bus flipped on 95 yesterday just south of steeple county, maryland as it was on its way to d.c. for a field trip. 30 people were on the bus. two of them are seriously hurt. state police say another driver cut off the bus. so far no charges. the investigation is still going on. a disturbing warning from the south carolina coroner after the death of a teenager is being blamed on an overdose of caffeine. too much caffeine consumed in a short period of time having a sudden effect on the teen's heart. his father is delivering a passionate plea to others. kerry sanders has details. >> reporter: when 16-year-old davis clipe collapsed, they were perplexed. why would he drop dead of a heart attack. a large diet
