area of roadway here. having a much bigger sort of puddle here here. a little bit south of where that vehicle is now. hopefully, that vehicle is just parked there. but you can see the road is messed up through that area. northbound 95, that's the right shoulder. northbound 28 before yorkshire lane, a crash there. beltway, overall, other main routes into town and out of turn to are okay. we'll get a look at travel times and another view from chopper coming up in a couple minutes. it will no doubt be another busy day at the white house. >> the trump administration is pushing back on a second bombshell report in as many days. this one involves former fbi director james comey. news4's angie goff is in the newsroom. >> this is a story first reported by "the new york times" and then confirmed by nbc news. here's what you need to know about it sources confirm that james comey wrote a memo

would-be fence jumper. the secret service said the person who jumped over actually a bike rack on pennsylvania avenue and was raefarrested bef getting to the white house grounds. two other people recently charged with fence jumping or security scares were in court yesterday. a grieving family. >> 4-year-old cole james clark was killed in rural orange county virginia. the toddler had somehow picked up a loaded gun and shot himself. the babysitter or the day care provider's fiance is a stafford county sheriff's deputy still in training at the academy. the orange county sheriff said the gun used was not a service weapon. now the parents are facing the heartbreaking task of planning a

angie goff here. we are following breaking news here at the live desk. deadly storms out west in the midwest and plains. more than two dozen twisters were reported last night. this was across five states. we've learned that two people have died and dozens were hurt after tornadoes blew through southern oklahoma. you can see right there, that one car totally crosses the median and spins out. a close call there. very dangerous driving conditio

here. it seems like this car was parked in the area and washed down the street. outbound, fourth street. center lane. new crash, southbound 95 before the beltway just reported. yu eun. four teachers and students are still in the hospital after that bus crash. we know that a 20-year-old man from college park was driving the other vehicle involved. police say he tried to pass the bus, clipped the front of it and caused the bus to overturn. counselors will be on hand for students today because schools were closed yesterday. the driver has not been charged. this morning, there's a search for a man who is accused of grabbing a woman on a bike path. take a look at the map here. the loudoun county sheriff's office said the woman was talking mere tall cedars parkway in chantilly on monday where that man

ocean city, you probably have sat on one of the hundreds of benches lining the board walk there, many families bought them and dedicated to families they lost. now, some families are being told to pay more than $1,000 or lose their bench. this includes the seton family which paid $1300 for the bench. they wanted to honor their 17-year-old stacy who was murdered in 2005. >> i just think it's a wrong way to do business. you're retro actively going back in time saying we've made this policy. okay, that bench is now ten years old, send them a bill. >> now, ocean city says it is now assigning benches for a ten-year span because the benches are not holding up in the ocean air. families can either pay the maintenance fee, donate the bench to a town or take it with them. >> and the seton family is leaning towardsak
