alt-reich nation. that's what the fbi said the investigation on these types of matters will kick in. here's what we know happened saturday here on the university of maryland campus. richard collins iii was with friends waiting for an uber when police say he was attacked, completely unprovoked. >> he was yelling. in fact, perhaps screaming is one description and then he said to the victim, step left, step left if you know what's good for you. the victim looked at him puzzled with the other friends of his and said no. it was then that shawn urbansky stabbed the victim in his chest. >> reporter: now richard collins iii, the victim here, just 23 years old. his family was set to see him graduate from bowie state
