4:32. now to the investigation into the deadly bombing in manchester, england. overnight two more people were arrested in connection with monday's attack that killed 22 people. so far eight people have been arrested including two of the suspect's brothers and his father. also this morning u.s. officials say there's more evidence that the 22-year-old was part of a wider network. they show the suspect carrying the backpack. what's used there are the same bombs as used in paris and brussels. right now president trump is in brussels meeting with the leadership of the european union. he could be in the middle of a tense meeting with nato leaders later today. theresa may will raise concerns with the president after evidence from the manchester attack with leaks to

welcome back. it's 4:41. grief counselors will be at prince george's county high school. they were devastated over the loss of a 17-year-old classmate. >> he was driving home on tuesday night when he slammed into a tree on centerville road. his parents, football coach and classmates are all in shock. >> he always greet everybody with a smile. >> big heart type of guy. very big smile and very shy kid. >> everybody was pretty much mourning and everyone was sad and crying and everything. >> now the roads were wet but prince george's county police are saying they are still looking into the exact cause of that crash. a bizarre arrest montgomery county. a man was arrested for withdrawing and storing large quantities of blood
