the fbi searching for a suspect. a new video of the tiger woods' arrest. what he told officers when they found him asleep in his car. news 4 at 11 starts now. >> we are beginning with two crimes. both troubling in their own way. each made worse by where they took place. >> an alleged sex assault on hallowed ground at arlington national cemetery and a symbol of hate left at a museum. we have reporters covering both stories tonight. >> we begin with shomari stone at the african-american museum of history and culture. >> reporter: good evening. people who took a tour of the museum are outraged. you have to think many of them have tickets and they have waited months in order to come here only to find that this happened. many of them say they are sickened by this. however, they are not going to allow it to

enjoying the museum and understanding african-american history. tracy and her friends are leaving the smithsonian african-american museum upset. tourists found a noose inside the exhibition on segregation. police removed the noose. tracy says she was there. >> we were asked to leave and they closed it down. you go in there and you are learning about your history and to find out something like that happens is just mind blowing. >> reporter: the incident comes after a noose was found hanging from a tree on friday. >> i am concerned about this act of cowardess. >> reporter: the deputy director of the national museum of african-american history and culture. >> we don't let acts of cowardess like this deter us. if anything we are evene

>> it's very sad because in this day and age this is happening. >> reporter: now, the u.s. police are investigating. i asked the deputy director of the museum are there surveillance cameras pointing in the direction where this noose was found? she said he cannot reveal that information because she said it is part of security. we will stay on top of this story and find out if there are surveillance camias in that section of the museum. i'm shomari stone, news 4. >> thank you. tonight the fbi is investigating another schahocking crime at another local site. jackie bensen is live for us at arlington national cemetery where new details on an incident that happened on memorial day. >> reporter: this happened on the most solemn day here during the

memorial day 2017 the fbi investigating an allegation that as the president of the united states laid a wreath at the tomb of the unknown this man back in the crowd somewhere sexually assaulted someone described as a female minor meaning a woman under 18. the fbi did not share details of how they obtained this image of the man who is said to have groped the victim repeatedly. >> very reverent and peaceful. >> reporter: visitors we spoke to were appalled by the details. this is a place they say where people should conduct themselves with respect. >> you have to be on your best behavior. >> reporter: the fbi says the man is believed to be between 50 and 60 years old and was wearing a blue or gray short sleeved shirt and navy blue shorts at the time. no one can remember anything like this ever happening here before. live at

we could see a shower or two this evening or overnight. by tomorrow completely different weather pattern, one we will like but one that won't stick around all that long. i will have that forecast for you. >> thanks, doug. we are going to find out if president trump is pulling the u.s. out of the paris climate accords. tomorrow that announcement set for 3:00 in the rose garden. president widely expected to withdraw from the agreement. the agreement is aimed at reducing carbon emissions and global warming. also, new tonight the washington post reporting that the trump administration is considering giving back two diplomatic compounds. those include this one where president obama expelled russian diplomats in december. this was retaliation for russian interference in our election. according to the post the trump administration could still impose restrictions on these

no final decision has been made. also that house intelligence committee approving several new subpoenas as part of its russia probe. michael flynn and president trump's personal lawyer each received a subpoena. fired fbi director james comey cleared to testify as early as next week. comey is expected to discuss what the president said to him about the russia investigation. a woman who says she is a close friend of the man arrested for bringing guns today to d.c.'s trump hotel says she believes it was a misunderstanding. the friend calls brian moles mentally stable in every way shape or form and says he keeps weapons for his protection. d.c.'s mayor and police chief have a different take on this tonight. pete williams has the latest on the re

getting a tip that a man who checked in last night at the trump hotel had weapons police and secret service agents had him in custody. >> i believe the officers and federal partners and tips are coming forward avoided a potential disaster. >> reporter: why the man came to the trump hotel six blocks from the white house remains a mystery. police say he checked into the hotel around 1:00 a.m. and told the parking attendant he it guns in his car. around the same time pennsylvania state police relayed word from a friend that he was headed to waulsh with guns and talked about the man who blew up the oklahoma city federal building. about 2:00 a.m. investigators say police asked if he had guns and he said yes in the car. the police report said he had a pistol, assault rifle and 90 rounds of ammunition. law enforcement officials say he wanted to stay in the hotelo

president. >> intelligence interview was conducted by agents of the washington field office which revealed he had no immediate threat. >> reporter: officials say he has given conflicting information about why he came here but they say there is no indication he intended to harm anyone. for now he is accused of possessing unregistered firearms. developing tonight there is new security video of what witnesses say was the biggest bomb they have ever heard exploding in kabul, afghanistan. the head of the u.n. and u.n. security council have condemned this attack. it killed at least 90 people, injured hundreds more. that includes some americans. the u.n. is calling the bombing a terrorist attack and urging the world to help catch these killers. u.s. officials have said that the trump administration is considering sending thousands

additional american troops to afghanistan. the man at the center of the first season of the serial podcast will be back in court. the maryland court of special appeals will hear arguments june 8 about whether he should get a new trial. the court won't make a decision right away. it will issue a written opinion later. that ruling could then be sent to the court of appeals. he was found guilty in the 2000 killing of his high school girlfriend. he was sentenced to life in prison. beware of movie money in circulation or trying to be in our area. now police say someone used it to dupe a cashier at a wa authorities say a man walked into a store this weekend and asked for change for a hundred and gave the cash year fake bills. he was with a woman also caught by the surveillance cameras. the bills say they are for motion

montgomery county police are investigating a similar scam. a woman giving a fredrick college student $500 in movie money to purchase her iphone last week. and she fell for it. it's not clear if these cases are related. an airline is causing a big rift between amtrak and union station. the news 4 i team learned amtrak is suing to force union station to remove ads for delta airlines. amtrak says its lease prohibits from allowing competitors to advertise inside. no response from either side but a court hearing is set for friday. next at 11, dash cam video of tiger woods being arrested in florida and the police are backing up part of his story. racist graffiti left on the home of nba star

police in jupiter, florida released dash cam video of tiger woods' dui arrest on monday morning. >> woods appears disoriented and struggles through the field sobriety test. what woods was saying to the officers at the time. >> do you know where you are going? >> no. >> reporter: a struggling tiger. >>

>> reporter: given a field sobriety test seen in this dash cam rr video two days after the golfer was arrested for driving under the influence. law enforcement released pictures of woods mercedes at the scene. its tire flat. according to the probable cause affdivt woods was asleep at the wheel with the vehicle running when officers came upon him. woods registered .000 seeming to support his only public statement alcohol was not involved. what happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. police say woods identified four prescriptions he ingested. both tiger woods professional and personal struggles kept him in the spot light. in 2009 with extramata

>> yesterday we had a tornado warning between 5:05 and 6:05. national weather service was out there today on route 7. route 7 in fredrick county and in clark county and there was confirmed tornado in that area. so we did have a tornado. it was ef-0 tornado. winds estimated 55 miles per hour. we did see damage. jackie bensen was out there last night showing us that damage. out there today we saw storms but before that we saw pretty nice day. 80 degrees d.c. 84 back towards leesburg. if you are going to end the month of may end it on a high note. we did see storms roll through right around evening rush. right now looking pretty good. 66 degrees partly to mostly clear skies. we are watching a system to our north and west. nothing around our immediate area. noti
