>> the district is going green to show solidarity with the world. how local leaders plan to fight climate change. good evening. a d.c. judge ordered release of the doctor accused of checking into the trump hotel here with guns in tow. but that move comes with some major conditions. >> our cameras were there when the doctor walked out of the courtroom. he has to temporarily give up weapons and avoid, a large area of the district of columbia. jackie benson was in court when the decision was handed down. jackie. >> she joins us live outside the court in northwest washington. >> this hearing actually went into the evening. the judge said that he found no legal basis to keep him in jail and order the doctor released until his appearance in federal court tomorrow afternoon. now, he will spend the n

pennsylvania emergency room physician, left the d.c. courthouse accompanied by his attorney neither man made a statement. moles is facing gun possession charges after police found an ar 15 rifle, handgun and 90 rounds of ammunition in his car at the trump hotel. when asked by a reporter if he had a message for his family. in d.c. court, magistrate said he found no legal basis to keep moles jailed until friday. but, the judge said he was concerned for the safety of moles and others saying -- the judge went on to say -- he is unable to take anti-psychotic medication. in the end the judge released moles on condition he stay away from the white house, the trump hotel and any weap

days. in the parking lot of the d.c. va medical center. >> our scott mcforland reports, the feds and investigators are looking into just what happened. >> his family says military veteran, never returned home from a treatment session, two weeks ago monday at d.c. va medical center. they say called the center to get help and search for the man. and for 36 hours they say no one found him until his sister drove to the medical center, searched the parking lot and herself, found the man's body in his car. in that parking lot. just outside the entrance. the man's death was confirmed by a police report and multiple sources, speaking with the news 4 iteam. new head of the medical center says the agency there its investigating what might have gone wrong. >> met with the veteran's sister that evening. expressed condolences on that. and reached out to her to see if she needed anything. >> we learned the u.s. house veterans affairs committee which has oversight has launched i
