sessions to talk about the flynn investigation, comey testified at that meeting is where the president said i hope you can let this go, now we do expect the attorney general may invoke executive privilege on a few of the answers. the white house basically is not as worried about this testimony because they know exactly what the attorney general is expected to say, still, there may be some very surprising questions for us. and answers as well. >> we'll know at 2:30 eastern when that testimony is expected to begin. thank you. so, will president trump fire special counsel robert mueller? rumors are flying around spurred by an interview with trump friend christopher ruddy. >> i think he's considering perhaps terminating the special counsel. i think he's weighing that option. >> ruddy's is questionable. while he visited the white house monday a source says he did not meet with the president. adam schiff the ranking

committee tweeted if president fired bob mueller congress would establish independent counsel. don't waste our time. it is worth noting that legally the president cannot fire a special counsel. but he could order the attorney general and justice department officials to fire mueller. the jury in bill cosby's sexual assault trial will continue deliberations, deciding whether cosby is guilty of drugging and molesting andrea constand. jurors deliberated four hours on monday. and for the first time since the trial began cosby's wife camille escorted him to court. the defense made their case in a few minutes calling only one witness. during closing arguments the defense pointed to inconsistencies in constand's story. they also suggested the trial was happening only because of the dozens of women who accused cosby of sexual misconduct. cosby has denied all allegations against him. one accuser spoke out during a break
