two passengers were in that cab when smoke started rising from the hood. the driver pulled over and asked them to get out. wasn't long before flames started rising. firefighters were able to contain it in about an hour. no one was hurt. we do have more details, right, aaron, on the roof incident at uproar lounge restaurant in northwest d.c. well, we know now it's going to remain closed at least for now. firefighters say there were too many people on the roof when it started to give on sunday. the lounge's main building and adjoining building are closed until officials can determine they're safe to reoccupy. we've learned the building inspector has launched an investigation into the construction work that was underway on the building at the time of the incident. it's still at least four years away, but folks are talking about the district's first wegmans. it plans to open its first store in what is now the fan a

headquarters. they'll get the first look at the plans from a developer at an advisory commission meeting. at 7:30 at the second district police station. the plans include office space, retail and some housing. the redskins will be in ashburn for mandatory minicamp. we could learn big news about the team as well. philadelphia sister station explains what's happening today. >> reporter: the jury did not come back with a verdict last night but they did come back with a question. they had a question from bill cosby's deposition from ten years ago. they wanted to get more confirmation on what he called pills, pills that were his friend. the jury discussed the case until a little before 10:00 weighing the charges of aggravated indecent sexual assault. the day started with the defense making its case in just six minutes calling one witness to the stand. by comparison, prosecutors took a week to lay out their case against the comedian. the district attorney hammered home that cosby's accuser was a victim of cosby while they focus on constant's statements branding them as inconsistent and unreliable. he did not take the stand in his own defense. the jury is due back here at the
