practice last week is out of the hospital tonight. earlier we showed you the picture of matt mika with nationals outfielder jason werth. now his family says he has been discharged from the hospital. saying we're truly grateful for the compassionate and world class care provided by the doctors and nurses and team at george washington. and we will never forget to continue to be grateful for the heroism of the capital police. steve scalise is now the only victim left in the hospital, he moved out of intensive care today. police are trying to get to the bottom of why two men were found dead this morning blocks away from each other. police say it looks like one of the men shot himself and they believe the two scenes are related. jackie benson

surveillance video from a crash that injured two police offic s officers. a judge will decide if there is enough evidence for this case to move forward. the crash happened on june 8th. they say the man was smoking marijuana at a club that night. one of the officers is still in the hospital and will need rehab to relearn how to walk. >> a viewing funeral is sent tomorrow for former dc council member jim graham. friends, colleges, and former constituents came back to pay their respects. he served on the council from 1995 to twi2015. he was known for his famous bowties. he died of
