we talked to the man that recorded that video from his balcony. everyone just kind of stopped and tried to get out of the way. so here is that video. we want to show it to you once again. you see here just a tvs everywhere. this is about 8:00 last night. all of a sudden the man who recorded this video, he said he heard a roar, looked out and saw the atv, motorcycle, dirt bikes everywhere, up on the sidewalk on both sides of the streets and in the street against -- going against traffic between the cars. before he started recording, there were more bikes, about 100, police are telling us, they are worried about this. if it happened more in the summertime and they say they're going to put a stop to it now. >> this will not be tolerated for those that engage, we want you to know you are not safe. we are coming for you. >> reporter: pol s

try to stop those riders but they weren't able to. they tell us that they don't like to chase and they can't engage in risky behavior because they don't want anyone to get hurt. police do believe people out there know who these people are and they want to hear from you. tips can be made anonymously. >> it's more dangerous situations on our area roads within a span of just 36 hours, two people were killed and two others were injured after getting out of their vehicles on the beltway. chopper 4 was out over the scene of the most recent incident. it happened this morning. a woman was killed on the beltway's inner loop. police say for some reason her car stopped in the left travel lane. she stepped out of it, another vehicle hit her. she died there at the scene. a second person was injured. the inner loop was closed down for four hours leaving hundreds of drivers stranded in their cars during the morning rush. on saturday, the beloved football coach and special educat

month. michelle and 21 month old daisy had been missing since thursday. police didn't say where the two were discovered or their conditions, but they did thank people in the community for their help. all the way across the country, police arrested a suspect for a murder that happened in prince georges county. today we learned patrick strand was found and arrested in california in may. strand is wanted for shooting 33-year-old marvin brian in laurel. brian was discovered dead in his car last march. police say brian and his friend had known each other for years and were involved in an on going dispute. strand is being held now without bond. special award today for prince georges county firefighters who had a tragedy earlier this year. >> they helped rescue dozens of people. the flames engulfed the inner stairwell, forcing people out on to the balconies. some even jump to get away from the fire.

the white house is calling a spreemt cou supreme court's travel ban. >> the high court allowed the administration to enforce most of the ban until it hears the case later this year. pete williams explains what can be enforced and what cannot. >> if somebody in the united states has a relationship to somebody overseas from one of the six muslim countries that mentioned in the travel ban and wants to enter the country, the travel ban cannot be enforced in those cases. but it can be enforced in terms of refugees or people who don't

ng. the government is kaling nor an exhaustive investigation to be done by the maryland state board of investigation. he's asking for protection for whistleblowers who help to bring to light the corruption when it comes to grade changes. let me take you back to may 30th. there was a letter of the prince georges board of education that went to the government. in that letter they alleged corruption. it was great changes happening. they say they were whistleblowers who had convincing evidence on every level of the school system that can point all the way to the top and prince county jox has the government. they asked the governor to call for investigation and to assist the school system in cleaning ip what they say widespread corruption, the governor, yesterday, wrote a letter saying that's exactly whawe
