well had we aren't sweltering in the mid-90s, who doesn't like to take in a beautiful day on a park bench somewhere? well, there's a new one in northwest d.c. that has a very special purpose. there's a plaque on it to honor the late civil rights leader jewel onbond and bond liked to sit on a bench or two himself. >> sitting on a public bench talking about things big or small. he sat on a bench one honoring civil rights leader julian bond. they said it was the perfect memorial. >> he liked the idea of sitting on a bench. and we lived in this
