the manhunt is over for a driver wanted in pennsylvania. morgan radford explains what it means for the family who lost their daughter months before she was set to head to college. >> we are here to announce murder charges against david desper. >> reporter: this morning the mystery man at the center of a manhunt is behind bars, charged in the road wage death of bianca roberson. her anguished parents michelle and rodney hugging investigators. as police describe how 28 years old david desper allegedly jockeyed with their daughter for one lane as seen on this surveillance video. police say he shot her in the head and then drove away. >> this defendant wasn't happy with the way it was going, so he pulled out a gun and killed this young woman. >> reporter: roberson's family devastated. >> she had a heart of gold, and this person that took her took so much out of the this world.
