tracee. >> reporter: the sheriff's office is saying its critical important saying that any parent that believe their children may have had contact with this man sit down for a serious conversation. we're talking about a man who had hiv positive. he had sex with sixth grade to eight grade they need the public's help. if there are more victims they want them to come forward. >> reporter: 30-year-old carlos bell, a former teacher's aide sexually assaulted middle school students. they say he also molested schools at his home, as well. bell recorded the abuse on multiple cell phones. >> so far, we are aware of seven victims. sadly, there may be more cases that we are not aware of at this time. >> reporter: the sheriff's office is hoping additional victim wills come

investigators say they confirmed that bell is hiv positive. he engaged his young male victims in unprotected sex. >> today we're asking parents who have had children that may have had any contact with mr. bell to sit down and have a conversation with them regarding this matter. >> bell worked in several classrooms at benjamin start up middle school where he was assign -- stoddert middle school. he had been there since 2015 and also worked as a track coach at the high school. >> in an organization that is all about children, these allegations are horrifying. >> reporter: bell was indicted this past friday after the video was discovered by maryland state police on tuesday. he had not worked in the charles county school system since december of 2016. this after a parent reported him for inappropriately testing a high school en

international airport, cab pool area in east boston. emergency crews took people on stretchers to ambulances nearby. police say this is not an act of terrorism, just a bad accident. right now, the search is now over for a prisoner who escaped from immigration and customs enforcement offers today. this happened this afternoon here along the dulles green way. we're told the prisoner who i.c.e. had been taking to the airport for deportation managed to get out of a vehicle and run into a wooded area. the man didn't get far and was caught in about two hours. across the patomic in maryland, a crash with a tractor-trailer is still causing problems. this is what it looked like this afternoon when a big rig transporting pipes flipped over on its side. chopper 4 over the scene, we're told the driver had to be taken to the hospital. traffic is still a problem along the topside

last december adelman did not put up the lights. he revealed he was battling cancer. today we learned he passed away some time last month. he was 77. his wife is also battling cancer. police are urgently looking for a suspect after a father of four was found murdered. police found him dead in his car on the outer loop in prince georges county. friend say he was driving a friend home after a party. his car had a skin fan for life decal, skin's fan on the window. police are hoping someone will remember that logo and call him with information that leads to an arrest. it's not the type of fireworks anyone wanted to see, busy travel weekend took a terrifying turn for some passengers at denver's airport when a sky west flight from aspen suddenly caught fire there just seconds after landing. united express was operating that flight. this v
