georgetown where d.c. police on a homicide. >> joining us near the key bridge boathouse where investigators are still on the scene. right, derrick? >> reporter: indeed they are. they have been since earlier this morning. take a look. this is indeed the scene. we're looking down water street west down towards key bridge. this is apparently in the 3500 block of water street. near the key bridge boathouse and washington canoe club. here is some stuff from the scene early this morning. just before 3:00 a.m. police were called to the 3500 block of water street for the report of a shooting. when they got here they found two adult males. both were pronounced dead on the scene. no identification. we don't know in the car, out of the car, on foot. police did put a lookout briefly for gray nissan with maryland tags. 7bb 8558.

spray will spend the rest of his life behind bars. he had sentences to life without parole blue three consecutive life sentences. this happened in montgomery county. may 2016, he killed his estranged wife in a school county parking lot. the next day he killed two other people during a carjacking attempt outside montgomery mall and aspen hill grocery store. >> he intended to go out in a shooting with police. he didn't have the courage to take his own life but he was willing to take the lives of others. >> he injured several others during those shootings. he's still waiting to be sentenced in prince george's county where he pleaded guilty to charges last month. 6:34. this morning the school aide accused of abusing children in prince george's county wants the charges dropped because he says his rights have been vited. in a letter to the judge he said he hasn't had a

the judge said his concerns can be addressed at the court hearing and reminded him he did sign a waiver to a speedy trial. he was a volunteer and now facing 100 years in prison. medical marijuana are one step closer to getting cannabis. folks out of state, around the country 29 states including the district have legalized some form of medical marijuana. now in maryland the first dispensary opened its doors in frederick to patients to preregister. chris gordon explains how this works. >> reporter: the medical cannabis dispensary in this frederick park. we agreed not to show its exact address. it's called wellness solution. fred jenkins stopped by because he's concerned about crime where marijuana and money are kept. >> targg
