potomac along with a second shooting victim. darcy has the latest tonight. >> reporter: erica, i can tell you this is a bit of an unusual area for this double shooting to happen. rhyme' right on water street. if you look up this way, this is the white hurst freeway. and back the opposite direction is the crescent trail that's closed off to traffic. and there's a lot of construction here in the area. also you can see a police car here now. today people have been out here biking and walking around. but it was a much different story earlier today. the deadly shooting happened just before 3:00 this morning. the address listed in the police report is for the potomac boat club which was established here on the potomac in 1859. i spoke to a member who said this had nothing to do with the club of the it happened out here on the street apparently along water street. a 19-year-old man died. he has been identified. he live in an run del county. the second shooting victim has not yet been

earlier today, police were looking for a gray nissan with maryland tags 7 bb 8558. not clear at this point whether police have been able the find that vehicle they have been looking for. sources are telling me here they have been concerned about partying and drug activity in this area. there is an aqueduct nearby. i did speak to an anc for the area here in georgetown. he says they are in contact with police as well as the d.c. councilmember's office. her requesting more police patrols and more lighting in this area. live in georgetown, darcy spencer, news4. a disturbing story in prince georges county now, a man is accused of killing his stepfather, and then posting a selfie with the bed on social media. news4's eric ward spoke off cam to one of the victim's loved ones. >> reporter: the house on the corner, model home. this was a new development, now it's

a crime scene. there had been trouble in the house before. the suspect once choked the victim prompting a second degree assault charge and a subsequent restraining tord. >> my understanding is that the rip is stepfather and stepson. >> reporter: now a death in the household. the victim, ronald pinckney, the suspect, the victim's acceptson. pinkny was a fixture in the neighborhood, neighbors call him friendly. the kind of neighbor you would want. the suspect is identified as trouble, with past run ins with the law including a first-degree murder charge. police were called to the police by someone inside and when they got there the suspect had driven off. you county police spotted the car and there was a chase. it ended in sight of the home where the victim died. he was arrested after a brief foot chase. among the most troubling aspects of this incident the suspect posted a picture of him next to the victim's lifeless body on social media. >> had we are seng

police haven't made arrests but two security cameras were rolling and likely caught the suspects on camera. the man from leesburg accused of selling top secret information to china has been ordered held without bond. this after prosecutors revealed kevin mallory's links to the cia. during a hearing in alabama on friday prosecutors argued his experience in spy craft makes him a flight risk. court papers reveal he was a covert cia case officer in the '90s and later worked as a contracting officer for the agency. he is awaiting trial. former maryland congresswoman donna edwards is making a personal plea to save the affordable care act. she just revealed she has multiple splar owesis. she wrote an op ed in the "washington post" friday. she said she learned she had ms last june while she was still in office. she is concerned she and others preexisting

two motorcyclists are dead after a crash on the baltimore beltway last night. one of the bikers was from prescribes georges county and the other from montgomery county. four others were also hurt. five bake r bikers were on the inner loop of the beltway when one of them lost control and hit the back of a construction vehicle and caused a chain react crash involving the other biker. new word that president trump and russian president vladimir putin recently discussed returning diplomatic compounds to the russians. one of the compounds is in maryland within sight of the naval security agency at fort meade. former president barack obama seized the facility last fall in response to allegations russia metalled in the 2016 preks election. this is just absolutely frightening. a surveillance camera is roll

jay gray is live in hamburg with the takeaway from today's meetings. jay? >> reporter: hey there erica. you know, the focus throughout this conference was donald trump's meeting with president vladimir putin. the white house and kremlin, they clearly have different takes on what went on during that session. most of the leaders before leave, hamburg today held press briefings. president trump did not. he has yet to speak publicly in detail about his time with vladimir putin. president trump leaves europe, his second overseas trip in office framed by cheers in poland, and protests at the g20 summit in germany. >> deals together. >> the pre met with several world leaders on the sidelines of the conference. but it was his sit-down with russian president paut putin that grabbed the world's spotlight and seemed to define his visit. the two leaders talking foror me
