has been arrested for a separate but similar crash as the one yesterday. he was allegedly behind the wheel when the dump truck injured a woman tuesday. sources tell us in 120 sa, alvarez seriously injured a gallaudet student who was walking in a crosswalk close to that crosswalk. he was charged in that crash but according to documents, he never showed up for trial. there was a bench warrant around issued for his arrest. >> he's a world war 2 veteran. couple of weeks ago dick cohen woke up to his flags in at theers, burned in the middle of the night. cohen's not the only one.
