larger redevelopment plan tysons. take a look at the architectural drawings here. you can get an idea of what we're talking about. it includes an 80,000 square foot urban style wegmans that will be here on the campus in tysons. also, an events auditorium with a black box theater and orchestra pit. it will be used tore corporate events for capital one but it will be made available for public cultural events. the good news for art lovers. four new parks are included in the plan as well, including one that's seven stories up on the roof of the wegmans parking garage. that's going to have bocce ball, a lawn with seating. a great place for people to come and hang out. it's open to the public. coming back live behind me, that corporate headquarters building well under way. when it is done, it will be the second tallest building, only behind the washington monument. back to you guys.
