today a woman arrested for trying to break on to the white house grounds will be back in court. keppler was arrested july 4th while running along the south fence of white house. it was the second straight year she tried to get on to the grounds. last year's case was dismissed when she agreed to undergo mental health treatment. cyber stalking charges for mccullum. that house member was congresswoman stacey plaskett from the virgin islands. another former colleague faces obstruction of justice charges. lawmakers across our area will be watching a move by leaders in prince george's county today. a move that could give you healthier options when you need a quick snack. this morning, the prince george's county council will decide whether to require at least half of the items in county owned vending machines to meet stricter nutrition standards. those come from the american heart

moran was a little more specific -- lee was more specific saying that he's coming from the conservative point of view saying that the bill did not repeal obamacare taxes and also didn't go far enough to repeal regulations put in place as part of obamacare. moran's statement was a little more broad. we've kind of seen that there have been two factions essentially killing this. those more moderate saying it would hurt their constituents and those saying it didn't go far enough. that's what happened last night. >> those to vote on a state repeal bill, how will that process work. do they have enough votes for that? >> mitch mcconnell said we can't replace it, can't agree on it. let's replace it. we'll phase it out and it will give us two years to come up with something much better. he plans to vote on that very soon. they might have to

a neighbor found the body. he's a hispanic man between 35 and 40 years old. the murder marks the 13th in the county in the month of july. prince george's county police have 12-hour shifts for all officers in response to the recent violence. he gave a young man a ride in the middle of the night. now a loudoun county sheriff's deputy could be in trouble after being carjacked and having his service weapon stolen. the deputy was off duty at the time and in his own suv. investigators say the deputy had dropped off the man at a convenience store when he realized his cell phones were missing. he confronted him. that's when police say the guy stole his suv and service weapon and eventually crashed nearby. police say 22-year-old zachariah -- was taken into custody after trying to steal another vehicle. the sheriff's office started an internal affairs investigation. the deputy was on sick leave at the time
