a local day care is facing charges of abusing a 3-year-old girl there. raul tuga is free on bond tonight. we have reaction from parents in gaithersburg. >> it makes me sick to my stomach. >> reporter: jennifer just found out that an employees at her child's day care is charged with sex you'll abuse ual abuse of a. >> i hope you guys will put the facts, the truth, the details on the news so can i make a conscious decision. >> reporter: toobin was a cook and driver at kindercare. he bonded out. we tried to get his side of the story. police tell us this all started when a 3-year-old girl was

october. she woke up and allegedly found toobin touching her inappropriately. she told a family member and police were called a month later. investigator says toobin gave inconsistent statements. sources tell me he changed his story two times but it eventually matched up with what the 3-year-old told investigators. kindercare said when we learned of the allegations g mr. toobin, he was immediately placed on administrative leave. >> i would not want my daughter in a situation that anybody could prey upon her. >> reporter: we talked to two other parents who didn't want to go on camera. they told us they do not believe the allegation. they say raul tuban is a nice guy. police want parents who go to this kindercare to talk to their kid about any interaction they possibly have with him. >>

into custody and faces six counts of possession of child porn. jordan taught eighth grade english at holmes middle school in alexandria. he's worked for fairfax public schools sin 2016. he will not return in the fall. fairfax county police want anyone with information on this case to give them a call. >> supporters of a northern virginia pastor fighting deportation are planning an all-day vigil for him tomorrow. pastor juan gutierrez was taken into custody when he checked in with immigration last month. he came from peru with a visa but stayed in the country to care for his family after his wife became pregnant. i.c.e. is now enforce ag ordcinr of removal he received in 2012. >> it's very difficult, practically impossible to stop that deportation. now that bei

new details on the breaking news. ten people were rescued from a seaplane after an emergency landing in the east river. the plane ran into trouble just after take-off. the pilot and nine passengers refused medical treatment. police say the rescue was so smooth, the passengers didn't even get wet. >> wow. tomorrow thousands are expected to turn out for a march for public education on our national mall. they'll gather at the washington monument and march from the department of education from 10 a.m. until 2:30
