gathering at this point, you can see evidence markers on the ground. stay with news4. we are working on getting more information on a possible suspect, plan to bring that to you through the morning. eun, back to you. we are learning there's a local connection to the terrible human traffic case out of texas. one of the ten people that died inside an overheated tractor-trailer graduated from high school in fairfax county. frank fuentes. >> "the washington post" first reported this story, said he was sneaking back into the u.s. after being deported to guatemala in march. according to the post, immigration officials said he was convicted of assault and battery and suspected of having possible gang ties. friends posted online he learned from his mistakes and was working on getting a degree. the man accused of

truck is james bradley junior, he is facing a federal charge that could mean life in prison or death penalty if he is convicted. bradley said he didn't know what was in the truck. records show his commercial driver's license was suspended in april. the owner of the truck company also denies involvement. he says the tractor-trailer was sold to someone in mexico. scary sight as chopper 4 captured a police chase near tyson's corner center. fairfax police tried to stop a speeding suv before 9:00 last night. the suspect's vehicle crashed and flipped near the entrance of cambridge road. the driver suffered minor injuries, will face felony speeding charges. no officers were hurt. another crash. this one involving the deputy county executive in fairfax. investigators say he was cut off by another driver on west ox road before 6:00. he is also a former police chief, he is out ofhe

he was driving a county vehicle. the other driver faces charges for failing to yield. back here at the live desk, we learned that today there could be problems in the air for travelers in dallas. workers now holding a major protest against american airlines. let's take a look. they say they want the airline to stop outsourcing american jobs. as many as 1,000 employees are expected to be part of the protest. right now they're preparing for it. it is scheduled to start at noon. right now there's not any big delays that we can see on the board at dallas, but that could all change as hours go on. we'll keep you posted. it is 4:32. a d.c. man called it unbelievable. watched a burglar break into his home and steal thousands of dollars of stuff and couldn't do anything to stop him. the homeowner watched the burglary in real time from his phone while at work. his security company

twoonchts out of six african teens that disappeared from d.c. are safe. this is an update to a story we are following. they confirmed they're safe in canada. six of them vanished after robotics competition tuesday. they believe the teens planned the disappearance. other four teens are still missing. virginia is checking to be sure the natural bridge arch is safe the next time your family visits. they'll use ground penetrating radar to look for structural weaknesses in the formation in southwestern virginia. there's no evce
