i'm going to make you explain this in a moment but let's talk about jeff sessions. the public shaming continues. it started ten days ago. what's the end game? i don't understand what the president's motive is, what he wants to do. if he really wants him gone, why not fire him? >> public shaming is a good word or cyber bullying. we have to hit pause and look at what's happening. our president is cyber bullying, public shaming a sitting member of his own cabinetment the fi. t the fight is different than his fights with the media, his former president and former opponent because this is someone with a solid trump base, someone more popular than he is with folks like rush limbaugh and the talk radio audience and has more trust

the senate than he does. this is the fight where i don't think sessions has any motivation to blink first. a game of chicken. >> it raises the question, let's say you get rid of sessions tomorrow, whether he resigns or is fired, the presumption is the president thinks he's going to get someone in there who's going to blow off the russia investigation. what's the possibility of that? >> no one who would do that would be confirmed by the senate and i can't imagine a moment where people are nervous and anxious about the stability of the federal government, i can't imagine them appointing an attorney general who would ov oversee the russia investigation. >> health care, are you surprised the republicans are still at it? >> health care is still alive thanks to john mccain getting on the plane and flying back. as everyone's reported this morning,re

attorney connected to the case was taken by the inmates themselves and documents their escape and time on the run, a jail break that embarrassed local authorities and terrified this region for days. released with music, the edited video takes you inside the maximum security wing at the orange county jail where three dangerous inmates executed their daring escape, grinning for a cell phone smuggled in. the men began their caper by removing a steel leg from a bunk, then carefully sliding over a metal grate already sliced open. the video goes silent as the first inmate shimmies through the hole, returning into the frame giving the all clear to a theme song. inside the jail walls, the men remove a series of bars using rope and cloth creating a

williams' car. experts from both sides will be analyzing that data trying to understand who may have been at fault in this accident. venus williams is coming out swinging off the court. the tennis star's legal team saying she's not to blame for a car crash that killed 78-year-old jerome barson and injured his life linda, instead suggesting the elderly couple was at fault. >> there are really no words to describe. >> reporter: earlier this month during wimbledon williams broke down in tears while discussing the accident. in court documents filed in response to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the barsons, williams lawyers say the barsons are at fault for failing to adequately maintain their vehicle and use their seatbelts but the barsons' lawyer disagrees. >> the black box shows that mr. and mrs. barson were wearing their seatbelts. the vehicle

a year old in perfect working lawyer. >> reporter: also telling nbc news he has newly uncovered information from the data recorder in venus's suv that he says contradicts her claims. >> what was most surprising was the fact that ms. williams' vehicle was not going 5 mile per hour as she has claimed but in fact was going nearly 20 miles per hour. >> reporter: the initial police report said williams was at fault but after police found surveillance of the accident, they said williams lawfully entered an intersection near her home but got stuck when a car turned in front of her. when she started moving again, the car driven by linda barson entered the intersection and the two collided. >> we see from the video footage that ms. williams delayed entering the intersection. it appears she was distracted. >> williams' team tells nbc there

size bag. i'm going to add a couple tablespoons of sugar. then a little bit of vanilla. now we zip this really tight. in our larger bag we filled it halfway with ice. we add a half cup of kosher or sea salt. the salt lowers the melting temperature of the ice so it stays solid for longer. when you put your cream mixture in the bag and zip this up tight ly, you have time to create that ice cream mixture. parker is going to start shaking.
