>> three of the people injured are in critical condition this morning. now to northern virginia where police say a woman tried to lure a little girl into her car. we're thoeld the suspicious incident happened at immediate drive and moore place on tuesday. the little girl is 9 years old. she said her mother was in the hospital. the girl said she biked straight home but the woman followed her for a block or two. the woman is in her 20s and driving a gray or silver four-door sedan. right now, d.c. police hunting for the person who shot and killed a man and his dog on a popular bike path. yesterday morning people heard half a dozen shots on the anacostia riverwalk. officers found victor williams and his dog dead. also found a small dog that

belong to williams. police are on the lookout for a man dressed in black and riding a red medicine bike. a maryland woman battling terminal cancer is back at home surrounded by her kids and grandkids thanks to the kindness of strangers. chopper 4 was the only one to capture this video. she was stuck at an alaska hospital for two months after suffering a medical emergency on vacation. ♪ >> last night at grace point church of the nazarene, the congregation celebrated nancy's homecoming. they said nancy wasn't well enough to fly commercial and couldn't afford a private plane. but a newspaper produced an outpouring of -- $60,000 was raised to bring nancy home. >> she didn't want to die in

he's accused of stabbing another driver last tuesday in fredericksburg near the greenbrier shopping center. the person stabbed suffered nonlife-threatening injuries. the big question facing the white house and pentagon this morning. what will happen to thousands of transgender service members? this comes after president trump tweeted a new policy banning transgender people from serving in the military. this is a reversal of an obama air policy that lifted the ban on transgender service members. >> the announcement caught a lot of people off guard, each people at the pentagon. tracie potts live on capitol hill now. tracie what happens now? >> what happens now is they figure out how they implement this and when to implement this and what happens to people who are transgender and already dee floyd? are they automatically out of their jobs suddenly? none of that was made clear in the tweets from president trump. when asked about it, the white house said at the pentagon when the pentagon was ask
