about where he lives now, the white house. according to a report on golf.com, the president told members of his new jersey club that he spends time away from washington because the white house is, quote, a real dump. that led to a tweet from chelsea clinton thanking white house staff for all their work. 4:33. new this morning, a teen undergoing a mental evaluation after he jumped out of a plane at san francisco's airport. officials say the plane was from panama city, had just landed, was taxiing to the arrival gate and the 17-year-old opened an emergency door and jumped on the tarmac. other passengers say everything happened so quickly, they didn't have time to stop him. >> all of a sudden he popped it open and the emergency door was open and that's it. we were just landed on the tarmac. >> a construction crew working nearby confronted the teen and held him until

the plane taxied to the gate. you're looking at new video showing that final inmate in the alabama jail break we have been covering getting arrested. police tracked down brady kilpatrick in florida where they found him staying with a friend. the 24-year-old and 11 other inmates walked out of an alabama jail on sunday. they used peanut butter to hide the number above a jail cell, then tricked a new prison guard into opening a door to let them out. kilpatrick will be transferred back to alabama today. pulls one to deep left field. this has got a chance! max scherzer, his first major league homerun. >> how about that. max scherzer with his first big legal homerun, three run shot there. teammates had fun with him when he got back to the

a disturbing story. parents of a new jersey girl that committed suicide plan to sue her school district. >> parents say school leaders didn't do enough to stop months of cyber bullying. mallory grossman's parents say it got to the point she didn't want to go to school. in june, straight a student who loved gymnastics committed suicide. her parents say because classmates harassed her for nine months with texts and snap chat and instagram. her case is another example of something the country struggles with, more than 50% of young people report being cyber bullied. >> and we have to constantly be monitoring. it's not okay to just hand them this electronic device, tell them don't do this, and then say it is not my child. >> the school district says it is cooperating with the on-going investigation and cannot respond to the accusations. we have an important recall to tell you about if you have young children. about

church camp may be worse than investigators originally thought. trying to find out if richard hearns has other victims. he was a counselor at the summer camp in sterling, charged with soliciting sex from a boy under 15 last year. investigators say he used snap chat to send the young camper lewd photos and solicit sex. 13 before the hour. a little girl's dog called a hero. they say the dog bit a man that approached the girl and grabbed her arm. this was wednesday in good rich. the man took off, hasn't been located. he was wearing a white stripe shirt and light colors long pants. the girl is okay. a man facing impersonation charges. prince george's county police say he pretended to be an off duty police officer. he is accused of pulling over a car in ma nas is

left. the driver got the tag number of the car, gave it to police. he turned himself in yesterday and is due in court in october. three lawsuits filed against the construction company that caused a massive power outage in the outer banks. crews building a new bridge cut the main power cables last week. lawsuits filed in state and federal court say the construction company was negligent and should pay for the financial losses suffered by businesses. officials say it could take a week or two to restore power. if you are one of the people that has to can sell plans because of the power outage, if you didn't purchase travel insurance, you may be out of luck when it comes to getting money back. if you did, read the policy to see if power outage is covered. the prince george's county family out $8,000 for the vacation
