thank goodness. we had enough over the last couple of days. we have the 10-day forecast, and we will talk about when the heat returns and when you need the umbrella. let's get to the disturbing images out of charlottesville showing the moment a car plowed through a crowd at a white nationalists crowd, and this caused the justice department to open up an investigation on civil rights. attorney general, jeff sessions, says the violence and death strikes at the very law of justice. people were thrown to the ground as the car plowed through the crowd. a 32-year-old woman died and 19 others hurt. >> all are being treated at the hospital, including five people that we learned have critical

this man, he is 20 years old and from ohio. police charged him with murder and multiple other counts. this video here, too, some of it tough to watch. we witnessed protesters and counter protesters taking to the streets. you can see people there holding flags, confederate flags as well as wearing helmets and gas masks, and some in the crowd carrying other symbols of hate, nazi symbols. members came to protest the planned removal of a statue that honored confederate general, robert e. lee, and at least 35 people were hurt. police did end up arresting three other people, one man was from virginia, we know. the two others did come from out of state. the charges range from disorderly conduct and

richard hubbart was pulled over in his car and refused to follow the officer's orders. he was charged with resisting arrest. the officer was placed on administrative leave pending review of the incidents. a woman was arrested after two homeless women were stabbed in arlington yesterday. arlington police charged the woman with wounding the women. there was some sort of argument that broke out in a small park and then a good samaritan jumped in and was able to take down the knife-wielding suspect until the police could arrive. the two victims are expected to be okay. a man was detained and in court yesterday. the 17-year-old was driving through the brentwood neighborhood on thursday afternoon when she was shot in the head. officers said she was not the intended target. a second person was shot. police are looking for two
