potential answers about the deadly explosion in silver springs. seven people killed when a building at flower branch apartments exploded last year. a newly discovered report is showing how it may have started. the bureau of alcohol, tobacco, fire arls and explosives discovered a disconnected vent pipe in the meter room of one of two buildings that exploded and burned down. it is not clear why it wasn't hooked up. but the atf report says it is possible the room filled with gas and then a small flame like a pilot light on nearby water heater sparked the blast. ntsb is leading the investigation in what caused this explosion and fire. 6:08. if you dreamed of being a multimillionaire, we all dream about this, today could be your day. tonight's powerball jackpot is up to $430 million. i'll take a tiny fraction of that. if you pick the cash option, you would bring in $

and a look at the disrespect this monument has been feeling for quite some time here. it is one of four taken down in baltimore overnight. take a look at video from the news partners at wbal before 4:00 a.m., the statues of generals robert e. lee and stonewall jackson were removed from here. this is through efforts of a dozen city and private crews. comes as baltimore city council voted to remove confederate monuments here back on monday, and yes, they were prompted in part by violence in charlottesville. we know three other monuments in the area have come down, confederate women's memorial in bishop square park on mount royal avenue, and one of supreme court justice taney who authored the dred scott decision finding african americans were not citizens. removal of these monuments, certainly a moment in baltimore that will not soon be
