derrick. >> reporter: this investigation has moved at a rapid speed after that grisly discovery of three young girl under the age of 10 found dead in this house. it was about 7:30 yesterday morning a relative, person who lives this house on brooke jane drive and from upper body trauma, they were beaten to death. arrested 24-year-old antonio williams junior of the same address was arrested. he faces a number of charges. three counts of first degree murder and three counts of second degree murder. later, the police expect to release more information about the circumstances of this murder. shortly after this happened, police were assuring residents it is confined to this home but the grief spread throughout the nehb

they had to shut it down for hours after the person was hit. they have not given us the name of the person. the driver of the car did stay at the scene, no word what exactly caused this. investigations under way in two different parts of the state of florida after four officers were shot in four separate incidents. in kissimmee, one facing murder charges and one in the hospital from an area known for drug activity. they did not get a chance to return fire. in jacksonville, two officers here after a shooting. someone inside the house opened fire and the officers were able to shoot back. the suspect died and one officer is now in critical condition. another is in stable condition at the hospital. today marks one week since the violent protests in charlottesville. it was during those protests a virginia police chopper went down. law enforcement from around the co

troopers killed. lieutenant jay cullen from westerfield, virginia and the pilot bates, laid to rest yesterday. they're trying to figure out how exactly it went down. meanwhile, more charges for the man police say rammed the car into counter protesters saturday and he is accused of killing heather heyer and now facing wounding charges because some hurt permanently and more seriously and this investigation only continues to grow. still up in the air is the future of the robert e. lee statute in the park. opposition to the removal was the reason behind the unite the right rally. the mayor now says he wants a special hearing to talk about the

governor mcauliffe says that won't help because it is tide up in court. the mayor initially voted against the removal, back in february. another lee statute won't be the site of demonstrations any time soon, talking about the one in richmond, you're looking at video from protests. earlier this week, governor mcauliffe issued an executive order banning rallies and protests there. trying to figure out who vandalized a statute in our area. someone splattered the statute of general albert pike with red paint. u.s. park police arrived, started looking into this. organizers of the protest says it wasn't thrown by anyone in their group. now, they're asking for its removal from federal land. lines are already forming
