starts now. the parents of the man accused of killing his 6-year-old sister and two cousins are lashing out at the suspect. good evening i'm egg meagan fitzgerald. prince georges county police say antonio williams confessed to the horrific crime, the girls all under the age of 10 were found dead inside a clinton home. a man who says he's the suspect's father posted a message on facebook saying he hopes the accused killer quote rots in hell. a woman who says she's suspect's mother slams her son for showing no remorse. derrick ward is in clinton with what we are learn being the suspect and if investigation. >> reporter: a curbside memorial. it's clear something bad has happened at the house at 6406 brook jane drive. the signs are there. but to know what's behind the crime scene tape, that's what has this community, indeed the county at a loss upon hearing the news. >> it's just children. i just

i couldn't sleep. >> reporter: 25-year-old antonio williams jr. confessed to killing his youngest senior 6-year-old nadira and two cousins in a basement bedroom. the cousins were visiting from new jersey. >> this is one of the most horrific things i've heard of, ever. >> reporter: the mother of one of the little girls scuffed the children's bodies after returning from work early friday morning. >> she arrived home shortly after 7:30 a.m. after working an overnight shift. came home and found her daughter and two other children who are related to her in a downstairs basement bedroom. >> reporter: police say the children had cuts and stab wounds. >> all three of the girls were found lying in a single bed. >> reporter: williams was supposed to be watching the children, including a younger sister. >> reporter: there was a 2-year-old child that was at the house that was unharmed. >> reporte

town of kissimmee last night. detectives say two officers had been checking people in an area known for drug activity. a scuffle between the officer and the suspect broke out and ended with both officers shot. the suspect ran off, was arrested several hours later. it was a very dangerous light for law enforcement across the country. two officers were injured late friday in jacksonville, florida, after police responded to reports of an attempted suicide at a home. one of the officers was shot in both hands. the other was shot in the stomach. they are both in stable condition in the hospital. the suspect was killed in pennsylvania two state troopers were shot and a suspect killed outside a small town store just south of pittsburgh last night. in a suburb of birmingham, alabama, a suspect was shot and killed, and an officer injured after they got into a struggle. now, in an exclusive interview the california woman whose husband was killed and hit -- hit and killed

the bw parkway is back open after a deadly accident involving a pedestrian amount of car hit and killed someone near route 450 in landover hills. it happened around 10:00 on friday. the road was closed for about three hours. the driver of the car remained on scene. a new law in virginia is helping to battle the opioid crisis. it expands access to narcan, the life saving drug that reverses overdoses. people gathered at the oakton library today to get trained on how the use narcan. this is one of the first grassroots events since the law took effect. the chris atwood foundation organized the session. in addition to learning how to use it people got free doses of narcan to take home. we caught up with one lawmaker who sponsored the new legislation. >> previously, those who taught how to do the revive
