transportation center in upper darby. one passenger said people went flying into the walls when the trains hit and there was blood everywhere. 42 people were hurt. septa operates both trains. when they were experiencing issues before the crash, though septa officials have not confirmed that. the navy is stepping up the search for ten missing sailors. divers have been deployed. they will access some of the flooded rooms on the u.s.s. john mccain and conduct a damage assessment. the sailors went missing after the ship collided with an oil tanker. mean while, the top admiral ordered the entire 7th fleet in the pacific to stop operations for one day to make sure they're running ships safely. the search for the five missing soldiers off the coast of hawaii has been called off. they went missing last week after a helicopter they were in vanished during a

and killing him back in june. here's a look at the suspects, jarrett and jerrell jackson. the two men had ongoing dispute before the shooting. they were charged with first degree murder. today, families at the lynn hill condominiums in temple hills worry they could end up homeless. they may be forced to vacate if the building doesn't pass inspection later today. last week the fire department declared the building unsafe. the department said it doesn't have working fire alarms or extinguishers. residents were forced to leave last year after the condo association failed to pay bills and the power company shut off the lights. residents would have 24 hours to vacate the building. it looks like the purple line is back on track this morning. maryland governor hogan is expected to sign a federal funding agreement for that soon. the new agreement would free up $325 million federal dollars, already appropriated and a total of 900 million over the life of the funding

the director is working to increase the pay caps. the money crunch can't be blamed on one administration. for people headed to work on beach drive in d.c. spotted an obscene message on a road sign. it was supposed to read bingham drive closed. people who spotted the sign called police and it was taken off by 9:00 a.m. a judge in ohio is recovering this morning after he was ambushed outside of the courthouse. the judge was shot yesterday morning as he was arriving to work. we're told the suspect is the father of a high school football player who was convicted of rape in 2013. police have not determined whether that case was related to the shooting. the judge and a nearby probation officer both shot at the suspect. it's not clear which bullets actually hit him. the community gathered for a vigil to pray for the

shooting. 75 years, that is the sentence handed to a former school aide now convicted of sex crimes against children. that won't be the end of it. prosecutors claim that he'll be in court again next month. they say he need to be accountable to the local council. he pled guilty to abusing at least 20 students where he worked. he's one of several school employees arrested for abusing chirp. we investigated who is and is not required to be licensed. some are push r for more oversight in all of those who work around children. this is not the type of abduction story we're used to hearing. a 13-year-old is charged with trying to abduct a 36-year-old woman. prince william county police say the teen grabbed a woman as she was walking her dog on elm farm road in woodbridge f the
