replaced just a few weeks before he was slated to retire. his replacement who was tapped in may now move into the position a bit early. at a time when the navy is asking some very profound questions about what is going on. two major deadly mishaps in as.months. another two incidents. that's this year alone. the commander of pacific command is saying all possibilities are being explored in. the investigation of the crash involving the "uss john k. mccain. exhaustion, negligence, heavy traffic on the seas even cyber hacking. nothing is being ruled out. at this point there's no evidence suggesting any sort of cyber attack had happened. we must also remember that this is particularly difficult time for the families of the ten sailors who are still missing. divers yesterday found the remains of some of them inside the damaged part of the ship
