new video of a tour bus fire on i 66 during the evening rush. this is cell phone video a viewer sent us from a balcony near the nuttily street offramp. you can see the bus engulfed in flames on the westbound side of 66. nobody was hurt. but the fire caused major traffic delays. we're working to get more information about what happened. now at 11:00, it was time compared to a couple weeks ago in charlottesville over the deadly protests last month and the future of that city's confederate monuments. council members wanted to get input in removing the statute of stonewall jackson. tarps cover the lee and jackson monuments. it was it the lee monument that ended with the woman's death last month

tomorrow afternoon. one of the biggest fierares is massive power outages. it can take weeks to get it back. the 12-year-old girl who stabbed a fellow student at a prestigious private school will not be charged. police tell us the suspect is the daughter of a diplomat. she apparently stabbed a 13-year-old boy twice in the shoulder with scissors this afternoon at the british international school of washington. police detained the girl but because of diplomatic immunity did not pursue charges. >> the suspect has been identified however because of the diplomatic status there's no arrest at this time. >> now, it's up to the u.s. attorney's office to decide what to do next. the boy is ex ect approximated to make a full recovery. tonight u.s. senators mark warner and tim kaine prese

miles an hour. this may stay far enough north that puerto rico does not see the worst of the storm, maybe tropical storm force winds. however they are in the cone. to the north of hispanola. and very close to cuba, doesn't interact with cuba, the more it does, the weaker it gets, but storm prediction center keeps it north of cuba, coming in toward the florida keys. that's why their evacuating the keys, a storm of 140 miles an hour. this storm could track to the east of miami or west of portions of florida. that's why the cone of uncertainly very big, up to 450 miles t. either way, all eyes on south florida now, that's why they're starting to evacuate. afterha
