roads. we want to check in with jack taylor who is following this on 395. jack, what's going on here? >> 14th street bridge. you go underneath the railroad bridge. unfortunately, the height was the issue. we had a tractor-trailer carrying concrete slabs. the slabs were very high. they damaged a little bit of the sign. the left lane will remain closed there. center lane by. this is the delay trying to come across the 14th street bridge. also affected are the hov bridge. going to be a tough merge. plan ahead for this. couple accidents on 270. first of all, we had the work zone after 109. sorry, that was blocking half the roadway. then a crash at 28 blocking two right lanes. they're hoping to clear that out as quickly as possible. going back to the breaking news on the freeway eastbound. megan mcgrath is on scene. megan, i would love to see what happened. what do you have? >> yeah.

vantage point here. if you take a look to the left, the truck that is causing the problems here. carrying these prefab concrete slabs. it's causing major traffic problems this morning. i'm told by a police officer on the scene, this truck was traveling toward the case bridge. there's a csx railway bridge down the line there. i don't know if you can see in the darkness here. what i was told by an officer on the scene, this truck was making its way towards the case bridge with this large load, these slabs, apparently too tall or something happened where it impacted and hit that bridge. you can see the far left-hand side of the slab came away. for a time it was -- some that of concrete was scattered across the roadway. all lanes were closed on the case bridge. probably within the last five to ten minutes, we have seen a slight improvement here. we are seeing traffic getting by on the left two lanes on to the case bridge. but w
