at the live desk, sources from confirmed to katherine hogle has been charged with two counts of murder and will be in court tomorrow. the montgomery county woman is suspected in high profile dispeerps of her children she left her 2-year-old and 3-year-old with a friend in 2014. those kids haven't been seen since then. she faced several child's including child neglect but she's been found not competent to stand trial. her attorney filed a motion to have the misdemeanor charges against her dismissed. last of those charges expire tomorrow if she's considered incompetent for trial. her mother said police took her to headquarters tonight.
