the pregnant teacher was killed. montgomery county police say wallen was shot in the back of the head. her boyfriend and the father of her unborn child pulled the trigger. investigators believe tyler tessier weaved an elaborate web of lie toss cover up the crime. the search began at her house in olney and ended in a rural field in damascus. chopper 4 was over the shallow grave where police found her body on wednesday. prosecutors say tessier was living a double life. he asked laura wallen's father for permission to marry her despite being engaged to another woman already. >> he has been deceiving and lying their entire existence. he is a monster and he is a liar. >> police have suspected tessier's involvement in wallen's disappearance from the beginning. the judge order

japan's prime minister called the test a dangerous, provocative action. and we remember these violent images from protests on inauguration day in downtown washington. close to 200 people charged in connection with the riots will not have their cases dismissed. lawyers for the accused rioters say the conduct described in charging documents is not criminal but protected first amendment speech. the judge disagreed. the alleged rioters will begin going to trial in groups later this year. you might have a tough time getting around d.c. this weekend. dozens of events are planned across the city. these include road closures and the closure of the smithsonian metro station. two events are rallies that will take place on the national mall. this is a flyer for one of the rallies on the screen here. its organizers, supporters of president trump, are calling it the mother of all rallies.

more charges in the accidental shooting of a 4-year-old girl. her mother destiny beach is behind bars charged with child abuse and neglect. we told you about the arrest of isaiah davis. the fauquier county -- she pulled into a gas station with a loaded gun in the truck. a 2-year-old got ahold of the gun in the back seat and fired. the 4-year-old girl who was hit is okay. a teacher once hailed as carroll county public school's teacher of the year is waking up behind bars. kenneth fischer is charged with luring minors for sex. he was posing as a 14-year-old boy. fischer asked for sexual contact and sent sexually ex police it pictures in the chat. >> that's very scary. makes you wonder w

i'm chris lawrence at the live desk following breaking news in london. we told you about the major incident in the london tube. now we want to show you a picture of something happening. something is on fire in the station. there's that photo. it appears to be a bucket with wires poking out of it. of course, we don't know exactly what this is yet. this happened at the parsons green station in london. you're looking at a live picture. take a look at the response. first responders, paramedics, firefighters all on the scene as well as obviously police officers and the ambulances. we're working to find out if anyone was hurt. although i have been seeing several tweets saying people were screaming running off the trains and there were some people hurt trying to run out of that station. good morning.

a look at the roads and rails with jack taylor in a second. as well as your weather with somara and chuck. >> first, we'll check in with chris lawrence with breaking news out of london. chris, what's going on? >> we're following the breaking news. a possible explosion in a subway station. we're seeing pictures that suggest it happened on a train. subway services shut down along the tube station. you're looking at a live picture. you can see all the first responders showed up. at least 50 firefighters there. we do want to show you this picture. the person who tweeted it out says he thinks this was the source of what happened. some sort of white bucket wire sticking out of it. the photo appears. again, we're not sure what it is. police only calling this an incident at this time. we don't know exactly what happened. they're still trying to determine that. >> chris, do we
