william county police shoot and kill his neighbor a 15-year-old boy who he says goes to his high school. >> the fact i saw the guy fall down after he got shot three times, i just -- i never knew fear until i saw that. >> aj is just 14 years old himself. he's still shaken by what he saw from his back porch it was 10:45 in the morning. >> that's somebody i don't really know but he goes to school with me. i didn't expect to see somebody i see in the hall just drop. >> it's shocking that i know that he saw something he shouldn't have saw. >> a officer shot and killed the teen on haymarket after he came at them with a crowbar. police received a 911 cal, the caller said the teen had a bomb strapped to his chest and was holding a family member hostage. the shooting happened

it's up to 80 miles per hour. that's not the only storm i'm watching. i'm watching two other storms out in the atlantic. one tropical depression 14, not expected to do much. this one, however, this one is the one to watch, i think. could become a tropical storm within the next 24 to 48 hours. here are the islands. this could come close to the islands. a lot of the computer molds bring it to a cat 2 or 3 hurricane. we'll watch it closely over the next couple days. right now all eyes are on jose, winds are at 80 miles an hour, moving to the northwest at about 9 miles an hour. on that track comes very close to parts of the east coast here. large surf for sure. as well as maybe beach erosion but should stay far enough off the coast. tuesday, 8:00, rather breezy here, up ornd boston could see tropical storm winds there. could last a while. for us,
