welcome back oot 4:41. harvey weinstein lost his academy membership and now france is taking back another honor. >> the country's new president will strip the media mogul of its highest award following the sexual assault accusations. french president emanuel macron says he started that process to take back the legion of honor award from weinstein. the award was given to him back in 2012 after the french film, the artist won multiple oscars. weinstein's company produced that movie. this comes as british authorities investigate new allegations against weinstein. a woman telling police that he

north korea and is moving in that direction first. >> edward, let's talk about health care for a moment. a republican lawmaker urging president trump to back a bipartisan plan. what can you tell us about this? >> it's actually a number of republicans. members of his own party are saying the president made a mistake by this executive order he signed on friday that eliminated subsidies going to insurance companies who are paying for obamacare. basically what happened in this, 56% of the people in obamacare are low income. by law, their rates are capped. what that means is everyone else will see their increase or their rates increase 30 to 60% to cover the increase in costs for those capped 56% folks. so, again, this is a problem both republicans and democrats saying that the president needs to rethink the strategy. the president saying that this is going to bump congress to get repeal and replace passed. >> hopefully -- he hopes bring democrats to the negotiating table he says as well. we'll see. thank you so much,

today for a third time a federal trial court in maryland will hear arguments related to challenges to the trump administration's latest version of its muslim ban. like the previous versions, the new ban announced blocked travel to the united states from six muslim majority countries. the new ban includes north korea and certain venezuelan government officials. the groups want a preliminary injunction to stop the ban from taking effect on wednesday. at 4:47, take a look at this. a possible hate crime just happened in the district and two men were caught in the act. you are taking a look at surveillance footage from saturday afternoon. you can see two men hanging a banner right outside the offices of the american immigration lawyers association downtown. the men even stopped to take a selfie with it. the banner suggests it was put up by a white nationalist group. identity europa. witnesses describe what they saw.
