delaware. >> the three people who die -- smaum rhie live in edgewood with how the killer was caught tonight. >> reporter: good evening, the authorities are invegting trying to find a motivate in this case. the shooting occurred in that building behind me and it was emotional for people who worked in there. tonight some of the folks attended a candle light vigil to remember the victims you all just mentioned. we then drove to delaware, that is where the three atf agents were able to arrest the suspect. we talked to people in that neighborhood and tonight they're telling me that they feel at ease. >> i'm relieved that they captured him. >> reporter: a
