women were also sexually assault assaulted. so far no arrests. new details on the bus incident, police say 40 people were on a college bus from out of state when it caught fire on the southbound side of 95. this is before route 100. it's not clear what college they attended and where they were headed. officers say there was some sort of engine failure but everybody got off the bus without any injuries, medics checked out people for smoke injuries. and about a thousand people will not be able to sleep in their homes tonight after a fire damage to a high rise in bethesda, it's not clear when they will return. the fire happened on cooks hill road. residents can't stay there because the building has no electricity or running water and the elevators don't work either. many of the residents are seniors who needed help getting out. >>

out. maryland state police are seeing a surge in the number of reports involving hate or bias incidents. up 40%. there were 285 cases in 2016 according to the baltimore sun compared to 203 the year before. and police say at least 11 of the reports involve people who made a reference about president trump. president trump says that he will allow the release of thousands of government documents relating to president john f. kennedy's 1963 assassination. the national archive has until thursday to make the decision, the president can block them if he believes it would be harmful to national execute. some of the documents have never been seen by the public before. bill o'reilly is ripping a report that said he paid more than

families are devastated after three young men died overnight following a crash in charles county, maryland. news 4's darcy spencer spoke to the uncle of one of the young men who said his life ended before it even got started. this was a photo, where he graduated from a program in charles county thursday. tragically he and his two friends died in this crash early sunday morning. his uncle came to the scene to try to understand what happened. >> he had his whole life ahead of him. and friday night he got off, went out with his friends. got off at 10:00, and at 2:09, that was it. got called back. >> reporter: the video shows how violent the crash was. police say the driver took off when a maryland state police trooper tried to pull him over. >> as soon as the trooper activated her emergency
