thought was a gun threat will not face charges. now, this is a picture of what the shooting posted on snapchat. this happened over the weekend. the picture along with the text caused them to step up security at eleanor roosevelt high school. they later determined the threat was not credible. turns out, it was a picture of a bb gun. we have an update on the triple shooting in alexandria. one of the victims is a stew accident at tc williams high school. the shooting was a murder-suicide. it happened sunday night at the all veterans park in alexandria. the 19-year-old, lopez, shot his e ex-girlfrie ex-girlfriend, who was 17. her younger brother survived. lopez turned the gun on himself. w

broadcaster, ray knight after being charged with assault and battery at his home in fairfax county. we spoke with him on monday. four people came to his apartment early in the morning when a fight broke out. he knew two of the men. >> they came here. i was here alone. these four people came here. two of them friends, two people i never seen before. >> knight did not say what the fight was all about. he is due in court in january on that assault charge. police say the victim expected to be okay. deep drop. running out of time. got hit as he threw it. it's picked off. >> all right. so we knew it would be a tough game. not the outcome the redskins want. theyel
