tonight. they're not here but they're not far behind, either. doug has the latest on a cold start to your thursday. and three brothers who earned the rank of eagle scout without the gift of sight celebrated tonight in alexandria. and that breaking news just in tonight from prince georges county police. they found the man pictured in this surveillance video released this afternoon. detectives tell us they said they wanted to talk to him about a sexual assault on a trail in buoy. >> news4's shamari stone is in the neighborhood with some exclusive information about what they learned. shamari? >> reporter: good evening. prince georges county police forces tell me that the man in that video, the video released today, is not involved in the sex assault. that's little comfort for people who live in this neighborhood. a dark cloud

bowie, maryland. although wind chimes ring peacefully, mia hamden has anxiety. this is happening in the cullington station neighborhood. >> it's scary. it makes you more aware of your surroundings. >> reporter: the woman told investigators she was jogging on this popular trail in the neighborhood about 4:30 monday evening. suddenly the man emerged from a wooded area. he grabbed her, sexually assaulted her, and police say she was able to fight back, break free and then he ran away. >> i was walking down the street right here. >> reporter: prince georges county police went door to door, talking to homeowners, passing out flyers showing a person of interest on a bike. they found the man at his house

he's not involved with the sexual assault and he's cooperating with police. while detectives continue investigating, mia hopes they catch the attacker. she wishes for brighter days. >> i just want to be safe. i want my daughter to be safe and i want all the women around here to be safe. >> reporter: the situation is so concerning that people who live in this neighborhood tell me they are not going to go to the playground located where the alleged sexual assault happened. investigators urge anyone with information about the sexual assault to call prince georges county police. in bowie, i'm shamari stone, news4. >> thank you, shamari. turning to weather now, and some cold weather headed our way before another big change this weekend. >> doug, we showed that video. where is that snow tonight? >> snowing not too far away, about 100, 150 miles away from us. this is around the snowshoe area, show shnowshoe, west virg but also places in

the time, but clinton apparently did say she wished it had all come out to light before the election. the dossier is a 35-page enlightenment about trump, showing the government had been working with him for years and that the kremlin had information they could use against trump as blackmail. the claims have not been verified by independent sources, but it did spark calls for an investigation by a special prosecutor. democrats say regardless of who paid for it, what's important is the information in the document. trump dismissed all of it as fake news. a republican primary opponent of trump's is actually the one who initiated the original research, but nbc news reached out to all prit marry candidates and they each denied paying for the research that led to that dossier. >> leon, thank you. take a look at this stunning video tonight from inside a crowded restaurant. it shows exactly what happened when a car plowed straight into

out. you can see it right here. look at these clouds coming in and look at that moisture. the mountains on the western side kind of wring out that moisture. heavy rain still just offshore. this is all because of that big system that's been traveling across the great lakes moving through and giving us cooler weather tomorrow. high of 61. it will be breezey ay and a lit bit cooler tomorrow. definitely a jacket kind of day. friday we're going to watch this storm down in the caribbean. this is going to make its way across florida, bring a lot of the rain to florida. then it's going to intercept a cold front coming across our area saturday morning. notice the rain already starting early on sunday, and if this storm comes close enough, we get a lot of rain. even if it stays offshore, the cold front will give us a lot of rain. this will be tropical moisture from the mid-atlantic all the way east. a very strong storm right there
