the first charges are made public. we'll have continuing coverage all day here on news 4. president trump's approval rating dropped to a new low. with the latest nbc news "wall street journal" poll approval rating at 38%. that's down 5 points since last month. 58% of respondents disapprove of mr. trump's job performance so far. his approval rating of 38% is the lowest in modern times for a president at this stage of his presidency. the poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.3 percentage points. this week, you can enroll for coverage through the affordable care act. but a lot of people are confused about when and how they can get insurance coverage. that's because president trump and congressional republicans vowed to repeal it. that hasn't happened yet. it runs from november 1st through december 15th.
